Thank you for shopping with me. Please note that all pictures taken are to show the nature of the earrings and that color and pattern may very depending on lighting of the picture. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask!!
All items are ready to ship and we try to ship orders within 1 - 3 business days.
Holidays and sales can cause delays please check with us if you need something sent out within a certain tie frame. No matter what shipping service you pick we still have to process the order. If you pick express shipping that’s with the carrier and we still need to process the order as normal.
While we strive to protect your items to the best of our ability, some of the time the postal service can damage or lose them. In the event of that happening, we will help start your claim with the shipping carrier. No refunds will be issued until approval from the carrier… All damage must be reported within 7 days to make an insurance claim.
